Understanding the Narcissistic Sociopath (keys to help in ‘battle’)

Well said. It is so tempting to go through the list and explain what my ex did for each of those – and justify and explain – ‘yes. See. He is like that. ‘ but the people that already know don’t need to and the people that don’t believe me and listen to him will never get it because they have swallowed his lies hook, line and sinker. I am so grateful that I have found a community that understand.
